Preparation time: 15 minutes
- 1 kg boiled and peeled shrimp
- 3 teaspoons El Yucateco Green Habanero Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped capers
- 1 garlic clove, mince
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- Mix together all ingredients except for the shrimp.
- Put mixture on a plate and place the shrimps around it.
Tip: if you want a more spicy flavor, you can also add a few drops of El Yucateco Caribbean hot sauce.
