Sausages with Habanero Pepper

Ingredients

Serves:4

Preparation time: 20 minutes

  • 1 kg turkey cocktail sausages
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of El Yucateco Kutbil-Ik Habanero Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Heat the oil, and fry the onions for 2 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and sausages; cook until golden before adding ketchup, Worcestershire, Habanero, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve with toothpicks.
