Caribbean Habanero Chicken Salad

  • (1) 10 oz. can of chuck white meat chicken, drained
  • 1/2 oz. El Yucateco Caribbean Habanero Sauce
  • 1 oz. Don Victor Agave Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp/splash of lime juice
  • a bit of salt – if needed


Combine all ingredients with a fork and stir, breaking apart or shredding the chicken. Adjust habanero sauce and agave syrup to taste depending on your heat and sweet preferences. Serve over a bed of lettuce, with crackers, or as a sandwich.
